Little Shawn was the first artist i produced in America and my first major label release on Capitol Records. Recorded and produced in Howie Tee’s basement studio in Schenectady Ave Flatbush, Brooklyn, in the summer of 1991, and released in 1992.
I produced the first song on the album, Funky, Funky Rhymes, as well as Keep Ya Distance & That Girl.The album went on to sell over 350.000 copy’s before Shawn moved to Uptown Records.
